The Aquavitae Restaurant

he Grand Hotel Terme welcomes the Restaurant Aquavitae, with bright and wide lounges, ideal to host your events, more intimate rooms for romantic tête a tête and business lunches and the outdoor terrace to enjoy the refreshing green of the park. The executive chef Ciro Adamo group interprets the traditional Italian Romagnolo passion, realizing with creativity dishes inspired by tradition and medicinal herbs.

The synergy between the team of the SPA physicians and kitchen staff allows to offer personalized nutritional routes, with particular attention to the selection of light, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dishes, that consider blood type, any allergies, specific diseases, proposing an antioxidants and winning cuisine, to make happy every part of you, starting from your eyes.

The restaurant promotes year-round special events dedicated to local flavors and original taste unions, which are inspired by the traditional local products: the flavorful IGP shallots of Romagna, the tasty Romagna blackberry, the noble extra virgin DOP oils of Brisighella, the moretto artichoke, the Castel del Rio IGP chestnut, the nectarines peaches of Romagna.

Upon request and at special events, the kitchen staff offers courses for adults and children dedicated to the gastronomic tradition of Romagna and to the pastry-making.
