The Grand Hotel offers a unique culinary experience that combines creativity and innovation with the typical ingredients of local cuisine, thanks to the gastronomic proposal directed by Chef Angelo Israfil.

You can decide to enjoy it at the Acquavitae Restaurant, in the Acquavitae Terrace or in the Solarium.

If you  looking for gluten-free cuisine, or have dietary needs, allergies or intolerances, the Grand Hotel offers alternative menus that are attentive to the needs of each guest.

Inside the restaurant, available for banquets, weddings and ceremonies, the Cooking Masterclass is also held, designed to involve guests in the creation and tasting of delicious dishes. The practical lessons are conducted by the renowned Chef Samuele Savioli in our equipped kitchen.
